Launching Best Bar None for the city, a nationally recognised accreditation scheme, to improve standards and promote excellence in licensed premises.

Personal Licence Training

Personal licence training and securing a premises licence is a mandatory requirement and authorises individuals who hold a personal licence to carry out licensable activities such as selling alcohol by retail or supply or authorising the sale of alcohol.

Personal Licence holders commonly work in the following types of licensed premises.

  • Pubs

  • Bars & Restaurants

  • Off Licence Stores

  • Temporary Events

PR/Marketing Support

We're able to support you with your localised PR and Marketing efforts and advise you on how to get the best out of your platforms

Ask For Angela

Ask for Angela is a Bradford-based initiative that allows you to request support in participating venues if you feel uncomfortable for any reason.

Walksafe

As part of our commitment to ending violence against women and girls, Bradford at Night has partnered with WalkSafe to enhance the safety of all in the city

Our members are recipients of our teams expert training and guidance on industry regulations such as:

Pubwatch

Bradford Pubwatch works in partnership with hospitality business operators, local enforcement & support agencies to reduce crime and disorder in Bradford City Centre.

Operation Nocturnal 

An operation to make Bradford City Centre safer at night has launched. The initiative, formed through continued partnership working, focusses on ensuring safety of those visiting or residing in the Bradford area and supporting vulnerable people ahead of the summer holidays. 

Lobbying

We work with our partner agencies to call on government and council officials to deliver for the city and it's districts.

Hoteliers Networking

Partnering with key city hotels who meet regularly to share information relating to events and campaigns aimed at driving footfall in the city

Bradford Street Angels

Bradford Street Angels operate on Friday and some Saturday evenings, usually from 8pm to 2am. Patrolling in groups of three or four made up of male and female volunteers aged 18 upwards.
